Combine all ingredients in a pitcher, and allow flavours to meld in the fridge for at least 12 hours. Strain the mixture through fine cheesecloth into a 9x9 glass baking dish, and place into the freezer. Stir after the first hour, and once frozen, scrape with a fork, until it resembles wet sand. Spoon a little on top of freshly shucked oysters, and enjoy!
