Kick off the weekend with Dawson and the Country Boys at a lively adult-only dance. Oysters and mussels will be available to enjoy.

Saturday, September 27 – 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM

An evening full of flavor and entertainment!

• Savor a variety of shellfish and bar clam tasters
• Visit the oyster bar & capture memories at the photo booth
• Join the fun as a judge to crown the best bar clam recipe from local cooks
• Sample a special dish from distinguished chef Richard Chiasson (45+ years culinary experience)
• Live music by The Ross Family

The Big Clam Brunch
Sunday, September 28 – 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Enjoy a delicious brunch featuring bar clam and other shellfish dishes alongside your favorite brunch classics. Music provided by talented young Evangeline musicians: Riel Arsenault, Benoit Arsenault, Keera Gallant, and Samuel Richard.
