Wednesday evenings, starting July 6th through to August 24 th , the garden of Wyatt Heritage

Properties, 205 Prince Street, comes alive with the sound of music performed by local musicians

on the outdoor stage. The style of music varies weekly, but is connected to the roots of the

Maritimes. Bring along a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the concerts, which run from 6:30 pm

to 8:30 pm. Admission by donation. During the intermission, ice cream made daily on the

premises with rich cream and milk produced by Prince Edward Island dairy farms is offered with

Island fruit toppings.

2016 Lineup

July 6th – Kevin Arthur & The JackTar Band

Audiences love the toe-tapping Maritime and traditional music performed by this Summerside

band made up of musicians, Kevin Arthur, Brian Rogers, Ernie Gallant, and Fred Martin.

July 13 th Hillbillies ‘N Hipwaders

Carrie MacLellan, Jeff Noye, and Damien Enman make up the band Hillbillies ‘N Hipwaders,

which delivers a mixture of folk and traditional tunes through the skillful playing of their three

guitars.

July 20nd – Brett and Zak

Brett and Zak are two of Summerside’s most talented young musicians. The duo are influenced

by artists such as John Mayer, Bill Withers, K-OS, Neil Young, The Beatles, Ray Charles and

Frank Sinatra, etc. Brett delivers rich smoky vocals that have a maturity and depth beyond his

years and also plays acoustic rhythm guitar and ukulele in this duo. Zak, is an accomplished

guitar player who provides very tasty guitar licks along with solid rhythm on the acoustic. He

can handle electric and bass as well.

July 27th – Dunromin

The popular PEI bluegrass band, Dunromin, after a six year break, reunited in 2015, producing

the sound of bluegrass and old time music. Band members are Vans Bryant (guitar and harmony

vocals), Harold Noye (lead vocals and mandolin), Marnie Noye (bass), and John Campbell

(vocalist and fiddler). Making Plans and Memories are the titles of their two CD’s.

August 3rd – On the Road Again

On the Road Again plays a selection of country classics, Irish numbers, and old time fiddling

with harmonica selections. Members of the group are Joe Lawless-acoustic rhythm guitar, Bobby

MacLean-bass guitar, Ernie Gallant-lead guitar, John Campbell-violin, and Claude Gaudet-violin

and harmonica.

August 10th – Not All There

A name can say a lot. This Irish pub band is never sure just how many band members are

showing up for a gig but, regardless, it is always a great show! Gary Arsenault, Wendell

Cameron, Mike Johnstone, and Ramona Roberts are a few of the musicians you may enjoy in the

band Not All There.

August 17th – Mixed Company

Bobby MacLean and his band, Mixed Company, entertains with a mixture of country, folk and

easy listening. Strong soothing vocals are accompanied by a wide array of musical instruments.

August 24 th – Johnny Oliver

Johnny Oliver’s commitment to his music is described as “a passionate affair where you can feel

the raw emotions in his songs.” The award winning singer/songwriter has performed on

numerous stages including the Cavendish Beach Festival. His shows cover everything from hard

driving country/rock through to smooth tender ballads. His albums have received extensive

airplay throughout the Maritimes.
