Overlooking the Gulf of St. Lawrence, Jacques Cartier Provincial Park offers a scenic camping experience with a long sandy beach, coastal views, and a peaceful natural setting. Named after French explorer Jacques Cartier, who landed in the area in 1534, the park combines beautiful landscapes with an important chapter in Prince Edward Island's history.
The park features serviced and unserviced campsites, modern washroom facilities with showers, a playground, and a supervised beach during the summer season. It's a popular destination for swimming, beach walks, picnics, and relaxing by the water.
