About This Event

Our favourite yoga instructor, Colleen is back for another year of goat yoga! This is a beginner friendly class where you can choose to do all of the yoga poses or pick and choose. No experience is necessary. Enjoy the meditative sound of the ocean, the playful babies and the relaxation of this unique yoga experience. We have a few yoga mats on hand, but a large beach towel also works well. We suggest you wear back shirts and tie back long hair. Admission to the afternoon drop in is included in this price. Please feel free to drive to the beach by following the grass/dirt road once you pull in to the driveway. Please sign up at beachgoats@yahoo.com
