Thompson’s Woodcraft

For more than 50 years, master woodturner Wilfred Thompson has been creating handcrafted wooden bowls and home décor from his workshop in North Bedeque. Using bird's-eye maple, birch, walnut, and other carefully selected woods, he transforms natural materials into functional works of art.

Visitors are welcome to browse a collection of handcrafted bowls, serving pieces, and other wood products while learning about the traditional woodturning process from the artisan himself. Wilfred's signature salad bowls have earned an international reputation and can be found in homes around the world.
